This document outlines the terms and conditions applicable to all users who access and use aseptogel services. By registering an account or using this platform, users are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms

Registering more than one account under the same user—whether using the same identity or a different one—constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts along with the freezing of any balances held within them. Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering, including their full name as shown on their national ID, an active phone number, and valid bank account details.
An identity verification process (KYC) is required before users can make a withdrawal. aseptogel reserves the right to request additional supporting documents as part of the standard verification process.
Account Security Responsibilities
Users are fully responsible for the confidentiality of their password and for all activity that occurs within their account. aseptogel is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials. Users are advised to use a strong password combination and never share their account credentials with anyone.

3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

Any activity intended to abuse the system, manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or cause harm to other users or the platform is strictly prohibited and will be acted upon in accordance with the applicable procedures.
Users are prohibited from using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity. aseptogel cooperates with the relevant authorities in handling reports related to suspicious financial activity. Any transaction flagged as unusual will be held pending further review.
Users are also prohibited from using bots, automated scripts, unauthorized third-party software, or any other fraudulent methods to obtain illegitimate advantages. Violations of this provision will result in permanent account termination without prior notice and without any refund of the remaining balance.
4. Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the aseptogel platform—including deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, and balance adjustments—are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users must ensure that the bank account or digital wallet used for transactions is registered under the same name as the associated aseptogel account. Transactions to accounts held by third parties will be rejected and cannot be processed.
Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply as stated on the deposit and withdrawal pages within the user's account. These figures are subject to change at any time and are governed by the latest terms available on the platform. aseptogel is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking systems, network maintenance, or circumstances beyond the platform's control. 5. Account Policy: Suspension and Closure

Permanent Account Closure
